Here is a recommended way to use this board kit:

1. Write or print the names of all your staff members on the supplied data cards. Tip: Use different color data cards to visually indicate different types of staff members.
2. Insert these data cards into magnetic cardholders ready to be placed on the board. They now become magnetic tags.
3. Create board headings using the supplied press-on vinyl letters and magnetic strips. Tip: You can create column headings to indicate location within the hospital (Ex: 1 North, 2 South etc.) and rows can be grouped into three shifts (Day, Evening and Night)
4. Place the magnetic tags on the board under the appropriate location and shift position. Ex: If Dr. Hills is working in Hospital section 1 North and Evening shift, you would place the magnetic tag under the column 1 North and row (Section) Evening.
