This magnetic hospital board kit is a great way to manage your staff or personnel. It can be used to indicate different types of personnel on each shift at each location. Use the included color coded data cards with magnetic cardholders to show types of personnel on each shift at each location. Magnetic 1/2 in. circle indicators can be used to show sickness and vacation status. Magnetic strips and press-on vinyl letters and numbers are included for headings. The board has 1 in x 2 in grid spacing suitable to place magnetic cardholders. The board has light weight aluminum frame and trays. This is a "Green" product (manufactured using environmentally friendly methods and materials.)
Here is a recommended way to use this board kit:
- Write or print the names of all your staff members on the supplied data cards. Tip: Use different color data cards to visually indicate different types of staff members.
- Insert these data cards into magnetic cardholders ready to be placed on the board. They now become magnetic tags.
- Create board headings using the supplied press-on vinyl letters and magnetic strips. Tip: You can create column headings to indicate location within the hospital (Ex: 1 North, 2 South etc.) and rows can be grouped into three shifts (Day, Evening and Night)
- Place the magnetic tags on the board under the appropriate location and shift position. Ex: If Dr. Hills is working in Hospital section 1 North and Evening shift, you would place the magnetic tag under the column 1 North and row (Section) Evening.
