Q: How long does it take to fulfil my order?

A: As soon as you make a purchase, we will receive your order. We will process your order and send it to the manufacturer within 2 business days, in most cases the same business day. Depending on whether the item is in stock or backordered at the manufacturer, your order may take some time to ship. Normally, if your item is in stock, it should be shipped within 3-5 business days. During the order fulfilment process, you may receive several emails keeping you up to date about your order status.

Please note that if you have paid through e-check or some other means that will take more time to receive payment, your order may not be processed until the date your payment is cleared. An e-check may take up to 4 days to clear until which time your order may be put on hold.

Q: Do I need to sign for the shipment when I receive it?

A: Signature policy depends on the manufacturer's method of shipping. Most of our boards and board accessories are shipped with signature required if they are large packages. However, if you have a small package, then you do not need a signature to receive the shipment.

Q: How do I edit my credit card information?

A: At MegaZega.com, we do not store any credit card information. Therefore, you cannot edit the credit card information. You are required to provide this at the time of purchase.

Q: Do I need paypal account to shop on your site?

A: No. You do not need a PayPal account to shop on our site. We process all payments through PayPal site, but you can choose to pay by credit card if you do not have a PayPal account. When you get to the PayPal payment page, please choose the credit card option to pay.

Q: How does MegaZega.com price match their products?

A: If you find a lower price for any of our products, from another exclusively online retail store (not a retailer which has both a physical location and a website, but only an online presence) and the item is a new, identical item, with exact size, color, and specifications, send us a price match request by clicking on the "Need Price Match?" links next to the product name. Fill in all the details on the form including: online store website link, product link, price and shipping, etc. Submit the form and within 24 hours MegaZega.com staff will email you with a response approving or disapproving the price match. Please note that we will do our best to match the price, but sometimes it may be impossible for us to do so. MegaZega.com reserves the right to disapprove any price match request at its sole discretion.

Q: What do I do if my Price Match is Approved?

A: If your price match is approved, please place your order as soon as possible or within 7 calendar days. Your order will be placed at the regular price on our website, but within 48 hours from order placement, MegaZega.com will refund the price match difference to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

A: We don't price match taxes, shipping and typographical errors.

Q: Will MegaZega.com match another company's mail-in rebate?

A: We'll match another company's final price after deducting an instant rebate. If another company offers a product that comes with a mail in rebate, gift check, gift card or an equivalent, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the mail in rebate, gift check, gift card or equivalent into account. If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and MegaZega.com does not carry the free or discounted item, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the free or discounted item into account.

Q: Are delivery charges included in the price match?

A: Yes. When we compare our price to another company's delivery price, the company's standard shipping and handling fees will be added to their price to make a fair comparison against our price. If the other company's shipping and handling fees are not supplied, we will estimate their shipping based upon the information they provide and add that to their price. Please ensure that you provide your shipping address in the price match request form. It will help us estimate proper shipping charges.

A: MegaZega.com has physical offices located in the states of Ohio and Florida. MegaZega.com is required to charge taxes if the shipping address is in Ohio or Florida as per the state laws. Applicable taxes will be shown prior to your purchase.
